You will provide technical support and resolve infrastructure issues for users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
• Maintain and support Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Resolve technical disruptions to ensure continuous connectivity and system uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware components.
• Experience resolving software-related technical issues.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing network issues.
• Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Strong proficiency with macOS operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
