Description

You will provide onsite IT support at the Barclayhill site in Lancashire, covering primary technician leave.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily IT operations and perform hardware break/fixes.
• Execute Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAAC) tasks for customer IT assets.
• Provide hands and feet support for server and networking activities under remote direction.
• Deliver VIP support for audio-visual equipment, telepresence, and unified communications.
• Manage non-PC IT equipment, including printers, scanners, phones, and mobile devices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Must hold a UK Passport and UK Citizenship.
• Proficiency in Help Desk Support and IT Hardware Support.
• Experience with telephone and mobile phone support, including configuration and triage.
• Ability to support conference room technology, including audio/video and networking equipment.
• Capability to assist with the procurement and receiving of IT consumables.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Any Graduate degree.
