You will manage and maintain enterprise systems, supporting both physical and virtual desktop environments for a global workforce.
Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain enterprise systems including end-user compute, licensing, software, SaaS applications, and Active Directory environments.
Execute employee onboarding and off-boarding processes in accordance with IT policies.
Support application development teams with DevOps processes, hardware/software implementation, documentation, and technical support.
Monitor and alert using enterprise management utilities to ensure IT service KPIs and SLAs are met.
Document internal processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT-related business processes.
Evaluate, test, and implement new systems using ITIL/ITSM approaches.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IT system administration.
Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and VMware.
Experience with Hyper-V and virtual desktop environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows server systems.
Hands-on experience with Network, Security, and Backup & Restore management.
Ability to manage software licensing and SaaS applications.
Competency in Linux System Administration and Network Administration.
Understanding of Business Continuity and resource planning.
Ability to work with KPIs and SLAs to maintain service standards.
