You will manage project assignments from inception through completion while providing data-driven recommendations to management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research project data, procedures, and history to establish project direction.
• Develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Generate and analyze statistical data reports to inform decision-making.
• Communicate activity progress and results to all involved parties.
• Identify required resources and resolve client-related issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or office operations management.
• Systems analysis expertise.
• Data analysis proficiency with a focus on statistical analysis.
• Proven experience in insurance-related environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of Computer Science coursework.
• Prior supervisory experience.
