Description

You will lead IT operations and technical implementations across multiple physical sites in New Rochelle, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale, concurrent technical projects from deployment to completion.
• Perform hardware configuration, device replacement, and OS deployment for Windows 10 environments.
• Execute site-to-site travel for device implementation and hardware maintenance using a personal vehicle.
• Maintain technical documentation using Visio and Excel, including VBA.
• Oversee equipment tracking, asset management, QC, and inventory control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows environments.
• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Cat5 cabling, and multi-mode fiber.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 configuration and deployment.
• Expertise in MS Office, specifically Visio and Excel (including VBA).
• Ability to manage hardware configuration and desktop computing tasks.
• Professional communication experience.
