Description

Resolve inbound technical issues for High-Speed Internet and voice customers while supporting field operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for HSI customers involving internet and voice services.
• Support field operations technicians by performing ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning.
• Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect orders to engineering or customer support teams.
• Manage and provision logical inventory within critical systems for voice and data services over copper and fiber.
• Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify assignment or order errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Experience with Field Operations support.
• Technical proficiency in service provisioning and activation.
• Knowledge of copper and fiber facility service delivery.
• Ability to manage logical inventory in critical systems.
• Experience with ONT changes and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
