Description

You will lead the convergence of Operational Technology (OT) and IT systems, processes, and security governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex OT and IT projects, managing systems, processes, and third-party suppliers.
• Deploy OT-IT convergence strategies, governance changes, and organizational rollouts.
• Execute OT risk assessments following industry-specific standards.
• Manage supplier service changes and implementation workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to develop, document, and operationalize security controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading complex OT and IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with the Claroty-Dome OT solution.
• Deep knowledge of ICS control engineering, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
• Expertise in ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
• Proficiency with NIST frameworks, specifically NIST SP 1800-1, SP 8183a, and NIST SP 800-161r1.
• Strong understanding of Information Security programs and governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
