Description

You will secure large-scale environments through technical troubleshooting, security assessments, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and suggest remediation strategies.
• Participate in incident response activities to investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Document security assessments, findings, and remediation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RFP needs.
• Design and implement security controls by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet industry standards.
• Develop and maintain security testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to automate and streamline processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in security technology operations or development security.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or PowerShell for automation and tool development.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean), networking, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge of Firewalls, Proxies, EDR, AV/AM, IPS/IDS, DNS, and Encryption.
• Understanding of email technologies including DMARC, DKIM, SMTP, and TLS.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC methodologies and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC.
• Ability to train and coach staff in technical security processes and practices.
