Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead engineering and DevOps efforts for global secrets management program using HashiCorp Vault
• Drive automation, orchestration, and cross-team collaboration for operational efficiency and security
• Design, build, and maintain secure infrastructure including API security, encryption, PKI, and access control
• Provide hands-on administration and support for security infrastructure and monitoring tools
• Engineer integrations between HashiCorp Vault and SRE frameworks
• Collaborate with security and development teams using Agile methodologies
• Author, review, and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and standards
• Act as subject-matter expert and mentor for InfoSec engineers and stakeholders
• Ensure BAU technology stability through change management and incident response
• Oversee disaster recovery processes to maintain operational continuity

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in information security, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles
• Hands-on expertise with HashiCorp Vault and secrets management
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Solid understanding of API Security, encryption, PKI, and authentication and access control
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, incident management, and disaster recovery
