Description

Lead the engineering and DevOps efforts for the global secrets management program using HashiCorp Vault.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation, orchestration, and cross-team collaboration for operational efficiency and security.
• Design, build, and maintain secure infrastructure including API security, encryption, PKI, and access control.
• Engineer integrations between HashiCorp Vault and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) frameworks.
• Ensure BAU technology stability through change management, incident response, and disaster recovery processes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, mentoring InfoSec engineers and maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in information security, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Solid understanding of API Security, encryption, PKI, and authentication/access control.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in change management and incident management.
