Description

Lead electrical feature testing for vehicle programs to validate and resolve electrical issues for successful launch.

Create and execute test plans (DVP&R) for electrical features including cluster, radio, body control module, telematics, and powertrain. Develop and maintain subsystem test benches at the vehicle level. Report defects and perform root cause analysis on identified issues. Provide feedback on system requirements to ensure specifications are testable. Collaborate with suppliers, systems, wiring, design release, program management, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of relevant automotive experience.
• Proficiency with CAN-based communication and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with system behavior testing.
• Ability to create detailed test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CAN-FD and Ethernet protocols.
