Description

Design and maintain ServiceNow automation solutions, integrations, and infrastructure scripts for a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Build and manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware).
• Create and optimize PowerShell and Python scripts for infrastructure automation and operational tasks.
• Design automated data flows between ServiceNow and SQL Server, including stored procedures and synchronization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues while maintaining CI/CD pipelines and version control with GitHub.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, automation, and integration experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server/client), PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Proven track record implementing REST API integrations with AWS and Azure.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, relationships, and CMDB.
• Experience with GitHub and version control practices for ServiceNow and automation scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Backend SQL Server development experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM framework and Performance Analytics.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
