Description

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring server stability and network connectivity across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor server performance, network traffic, and system stability to resolve bottlenecks.
• Execute regular maintenance including backups, software updates, security patches, and antivirus scans.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
• Manage IT support tickets and provide technical assistance for server and network-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with a focus on server and infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and VMWare.
• Hands-on experience with AD administration and GPO.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Experience with O365 support and scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AirWatch, WorkspaceOne, Aruba, Meraki, Tanium, OKTA, or SentinelOne.
• MCSE or equivalent certification.
