Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable monitoring solutions for data center and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Splunk observability, including data onboarding, dashboards, and alerts for incident response.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell and Python to streamline monitoring configuration deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex monitoring pipeline issues, reducing alert noise and improving detection accuracy.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to align monitoring requirements with enterprise standards.
• Document architectures and runbooks to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong expertise in administering and implementing LogicMonitor in enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Splunk, including data ingestion, forwarders, and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation scripting.
• Solid understanding of network, server, database, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring tools and practices.

Preferred Skills

• LogicMonitor Certified Professional certification.
• Splunk Certified Power User or Administrator certification.
• Experience with rotational shift operations and hybrid work models.
