Description

Manage IBM ECM/BPM infrastructure including FileNet, BAW, and Datacap across Linux, Windows, and AIX environments. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning with Terraform/Ansible, and support containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade IBM Case Manager, WebSphere, BAW, Datacap, FileNet, and Content Navigator.
• Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure for workflow applications, ensuring performance, uptime, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and AIX servers for FileNet administration and infrastructure issues.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying enterprise workflow applications.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and workflows for team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ECM/BPM products: FileNet, BAW, Datacap, Case Manager, WebSphere.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and AIX server administration.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure performance and availability issues.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Content Search Services and Workplace-XT.
• Knowledge of CPE and AE administration.
