Description

You will manage and implement hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and multi-datacenter environments with a focus on storage and backup systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement datacenter architecture across multi-cloud and multi-datacenter environments.
• Install, manage, and administer Linux (predominantly Red Hat) and Windows operating systems.
• Manage Dell EMC storage platforms, backup procedures, and disaster recovery implementations.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Define OS build standards and manage patching and vulnerabilities for physical and virtual servers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of information technology experience implementing and managing hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with x86 server and converged infrastructure (Dell, IBM, HP, Cisco).
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux and Windows OS administration.
• Experience with Dell EMC Storage and other storage platforms.
• Direct experience working inside data centers to set up infrastructure devices.
• Knowledge of container orchestration including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS ECS/EKS.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Git source control.

Preferred Skills

• Red Hat Certified Architect or Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• VMware certification.
