Description

You will manage client IT environments, service delivery standards, and partner relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client points of contact to ensure IT environments are fully documented.
• Design, develop, and implement processes to monitor and measure IT services delivered by the client and its partners.
• Recommend specific courses of action to address identified underperformance.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics to ensure service targets are met.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of processes and procedures to drive continual improvement and implement contractual changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure.
• Experience managing client relationships and IT documentation.
• Ability to design service monitoring and measurement processes.
• Proven track record in service delivery management.
