Description

You will manage infrastructure projects at Menara Maybank, coordinating complex workstreams while balancing day-to-day BAU operational support. You own the full project lifecycle, from scope finalization to execution, navigating disruptions caused by ad-hoc operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Finalize scope of works and project planning before execution begins.
• Coordinate project execution with T&I Product Lines, managing conflicts between planned activities and daily BAU support.
• Apply PMBOK standards and ITIL competencies to maintain project governance and service stability.
• Analyze project metrics and operational data to drive decisions and improve tracking processes.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders with clear executive presence.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of working experience in Project Management.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong familiarity with Project Management Standards (PMBOK).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment with competing BAU demands.
