Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services in a 24x7 operational environment, leading a technical team of over 50 members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team of over 50 members across offshore and onsite locations.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing face-to-face sessions and meetings.
• Drive technical delivery while managing costs to improve revenue and gross margins.
• Oversee infrastructure operations across network, servers, security, EUC, ServiceDesk, and cloud domains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Experience managing Network and Server environments.
• Knowledge of Security protocols and implementations.
• Experience with End User Computing (EUC) and ServiceDesk operations.
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to manage large-scale technical teams in a 24x7 model.

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
