Description

Manage onsite infrastructure and desktop hardware at the Bentonville, Arkansas client lab, owning the lifecycle of Windows servers and workstations to ensure system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Windows 11 images to workstations and maintain server environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor storage, CPU usage, and overall system performance.
• Manage application stacks and physical server setups.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Windows server and PC maintenance.
• Hands-on experience standing up physical server boxes and PCs.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI network model.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with system monitoring including CPU and storage metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
