Manage the full lifecycle of technical integration and migration projects within Telephony domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical integration and migration projects for Webex Calling and RingCentral across the demand lifecycle.
• Gather client requirements, qualify needs, and prepare technical and commercial proposals with Solution Experts.
• Construct project plans, submit quotes, place orders with suppliers, and monitor the project budget.
• Track project execution, follow up on contributor actions, and provide ongoing client reporting.
• Implement the technical solution via the Managed Service Provider and ensure successful handover to support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in demand management or project coordination within Telephony domains.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Demand lifecycle tracking.
• Experience overseeing integration/migration projects involving Webex Calling and/or RingCentral.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Demonstrated skill in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demands.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Managed Service Provider engagements.
• Background in technical solution implementation.
