Description

You will manage and maintain the technical infrastructure, systems, and hardware required to support enterprise applications and services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of infrastructure services, systems, applications, and hardware.
• Support architecture, preliminary design, implementation, and infrastructure operations.
• Develop infrastructure strategies, operational policies, standards, and processes.
• Implement service level management through the development of technology and operating level agreements.
• Automate provisioning and manage configuration using software development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems management.
• Proficiency with firewalls and network security.
• Hands-on experience with authentication and identity management systems.
• Knowledge of software development practices for configuration management and automation.
• Experience supporting data and databases.
• Ability to support service desk, help desk, and call center operations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
