Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Java-based high-volume applications while managing DevOps and infrastructure processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Java applications for high-volume, low-latency operations.
• Manage end-to-end DevOps processes for Salesforce projects using GitLab and Gearset.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines by integrating GitLab effectively.
• Develop technical designs and write testable code based on user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Java EE application development.
• Strong understanding of Linux server structure and networking concepts.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Familiarity with AWS Ecosystem (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipelines).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of WebSphere administration and on-prem infrastructure.
• Ability to perform Git operations including merges, branching, and workspace creation.
