Description

You will manage daily technology operations, hardware implementation, and technical support for a large-scale collaboration center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all center technology, including software installs, system upgrades, and firewall patches.
• Manage hardware implementation, server room operations, and the integration of VR/AR and AI technologies.
• Lead project management for tech-driven initiatives and pilot testing for new technologies.
• Provide on-site support for modular technology, furniture setup, and live demonstrations.
• Support guests and senior stakeholders with technical troubleshooting during collaboration workshops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Proven project management experience, including planning and timeline management.
• Ability to manage hardware, software, and server room environments.
• Experience managing supplier relationships for technical services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the beverage category, large CPG companies, or collaboration briefing centers.
