Description

You will provide production system operations and maintenance support for end-user systems, applications, infrastructure, and network services. You will maintain system integrity through consistent O&M and serve as a lead technical contributor on moderately complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot information systems, applications, middleware, and networks to propose and evaluate technical solutions.
• Lead teams in resolving escalated support issues by collaborating with senior operations, development personnel, and service providers.
• Conduct technical analyses to define, assess, and monitor technical aspects of various programs and services.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend new products or tools to influence long-term technology strategy and planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or system operations.
• Proficiency with Windows environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical resolution for escalated support issues.
• Experience performing technical analysis and troubleshooting for complex information systems.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to project managers and influence technology strategy.
• Experience collaborating with senior operations, development personnel, and service providers.
• Any Graduate degree.
