Description

You will lead the migration of complex on-premises datacenter environments to AWS Outposts and cloud-native architectures, ensuring operational continuity and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop target-state architectures using AWS best practices to maintain business continuity during transition.
• Plan and deploy AWS Outposts solutions, bridging on-premises infrastructure with cloud-native services.
• Execute large-scale data and storage migrations, ensuring data integrity, performance, and high availability.
• Design secure VPC environments, validate migration workflows, and enforce strict security protocols.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) for automated provisioning.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of IT or infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years focused on cloud migration and AWS architecture.
• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, specifically AWS Outposts.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise datacenter-to-cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security, and traffic routing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and AWS CodeSuite.
• Ability to consult with engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
