Description

You will lead end-to-end enterprise workload migrations from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Assess existing IT environments to define future-state Azure architectures and migration roadmaps.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and application teams to ensure secure migrations.
• Develop detailed architecture and implementation documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years focused on cloud architecture and Azure migrations.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Deep knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, and Identity Management (Azure AD).
• Experience with Azure Migrate, ASR, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Monitor.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Strong background in Windows/Linux systems administration, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and storage.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications including AZ-305, AZ-104, or AZ-900.
• Experience with hybrid cloud setups, legacy system modernization, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with global teams or LATAM clients.
