Description

You will design and manage the architectural strategy for infrastructure, supporting high-volume OLTP applications and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure architecture strategies and technology stacks covering network topology, hardware, software, and CI/CD.
• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using public and private cloud services.
• Implement security, compliance, and disaster recovery plans to protect sensitive financial data.
• Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to resolve bottlenecks and handle growth.
• Collaborate with software engineers and database administrators to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect in fintech or financial services.
• Expertise in mainframe infrastructure (IBM z/OS) and distributed systems (Linux, AIX, Windows).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP communications and packet capture/Wireshark analysis for OLTP environments.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and interoperable systems.
• Ability to implement security and compliance standards for financial industry regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
