Description

You will lead incident management and technical problem-solving across enterprise systems in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-severity incident response, facilitate technical war rooms, and drive root cause analysis.
• Guide troubleshooting sessions involving AWS, Salesforce, databases, and networking infrastructure.
• Design and support scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system health using observability tools and maintain incident response playbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Salesforce platform administration and integration.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking, including switches, VLANs, and routing.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services or Snowflake Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a consulting or vendor-facing role.
