Description

You will design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructure environments, focusing on virtualization, identity services, and storage platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi, vCenter, HA, and DRS configurations.
• Manage Active Directory services, including AD DS, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles.
• Implement and maintain enterprise backup and recovery solutions such as Cohesity, Veeam, or Commvault.
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN management, replication, and capacity planning for SAN/NAS platforms.
• Conduct infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and disaster recovery testing to ensure operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter Server administration.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory architecture, GPO management, and replication.
• Expertise in backup technologies, specifically Cohesity and Veeam.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage administration (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, Pure Storage, PowerScale, or Nimble).
• Experience integrating on-premises AD with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware vSAN and Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
• Knowledge of cloud storage integration with Azure or AWS.
• VMware, Microsoft, or Storage certifications.
