Key Responsibilities

• Own the target-state infrastructure architecture across cloud, virtualization, storage/backup, identity, network, endpoint, and SaaS platforms
• Set architecture standards and design patterns for cross-tower consistency
• Review and approve high-risk/high-impact changes at the Change Advisory Board
• Serve as design-authority escalation point for Major Incidents and Problem Management
• Define reference architecture for identity platforms including SSO, lifecycle, and conditional access design
• Own technical design for project engagements intersecting multiple towers (e.g., AWS Connect IVR deployment)
• Partner with ServiceNow ITSM Administrator to ensure architectural soundness of CMDB and ITSM processes
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation — reference diagrams, standards, and decision records
• Represent technical architecture in account governance and customer-facing technical discussions

Required Skills

• Azure and AWS cloud platforms
• Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
• Enterprise backup and storage — Cohesity or equivalent
• Identity and access: Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, hybrid identity, SSO
• Enterprise networking: Cisco switching, firewalls, wireless, VLAN/segmentation design
• Endpoint management: Microsoft Intune/MDM
• SaaS collaboration: Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Box, Zoom
• Contact center/telephony: AWS Connect or equivalent
• ITIL-based ITSM frameworks on ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in life-sciences or pharma environments with GxP architecture and change-control rigor
• Architect-level certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VCAP, or CCDP/CCDE
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional or equivalent
• Prior experience as a technical escalation point in a multi-tower managed services delivery team
