Description

You will lead the migration of complex datacenter environments to AWS Outposts and cloud-native architectures, ensuring operational continuity and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop target-state architectures using AWS best practices while maintaining business continuity.
• Plan and deploy AWS Outposts, bridging on-premises infrastructure with the cloud.
• Execute large-scale data and storage migrations, ensuring integrity and high availability.
• Design secure VPC environments, validate migrations, and enforce security protocols.
• Lead Canary and Flash-cut traffic migrations to minimize business impact.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, specifically AWS Outposts.
• Proven track record executing datacenter-to-cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security, and traffic routing.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodeSuite).
• 8–12 years of IT/Infrastructure experience, including 5 years focused on cloud migration and AWS architecture.
• Experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise migrations.
