Description

Lead infrastructure design authority processes and define global blueprints to ensure consistency across the information system.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure roadmaps and design solutions adhering to security, technical, FinOps, and functional constraints.
• Develop technical architecture patterns and document guidelines for reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
• Promote public cloud culture, specifically focusing on IaC, CI/CD, PaaS, and CaaS.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to screen, score, and select solutions for the Beauty Division.
• Establish governance frameworks and service categorization (Copper/Silver/Gold) to tailor HA and DRP strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5 years in infrastructure architecture within an international public cloud context.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Aliyun.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical knowledge of PaaS, CaaS, DB, Windows, and open-source technologies.
• Ability to produce high-quality HLD, LLD, and architecture diagrams.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Experience navigating complex organizations to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Engineering degree with a specialization in computer science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital, eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and CRM domains.
