Description

You will design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code for Azure cloud environments, owning the migration and automation lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, and Ansible, aligned with the Well-Architected Framework.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitLab to automate infrastructure and application deployments.
• Lead Azure migration initiatives, including Azure Landing Zone design and execution of on-premises workload migrations.
• Modernize legacy workloads by containerizing Java and .NET applications and deploying them to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Embed security controls using Checkov or GitHub Advanced Security and implement identity management via Azure AD and Key Vault.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud migration and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of Azure-native services, ARM templates, and Landing Zone architecture.
• Experience with containerization and AKS-based deployments.
• Understanding of cloud security practices, identity management, and secrets management.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and version-controlled infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and cost optimization in Azure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Ansible for configuration management alongside IaC tools.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security.
