Description

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines, serverless automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices on Azure, integrating AI services and managing cross-cloud strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data ingestion workflows using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop serverless automation and event-driven integrations using Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Own infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources consistently.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation through GitHub Actions and Harness.
• Integrate Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI into data workflows for intelligent applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Synapse Analytics.
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and Harness.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Services into data pipelines.
• Practical experience publishing data to SharePoint Lists from ADF pipelines.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda) for hybrid architectures.
