Description

You will support various projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, and VoIP Telecommunications teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional, system, and technical specifications using industry practices.
• Coordinate and participate in application testing to validate infrastructure changes.
• Support the installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 across various platforms.
• Resolve second and third level technical issues through to completion.
• Assist with Request for Proposals and contract deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience creating business requirements documents, testing deliverables, and end-user documentation.
• Proven experience working on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience with MS O365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, CA Service Desk, and Clarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying obstacles and implementing solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
