Description

Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise video conferencing and collaboration infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot video conferencing devices including MTRs, Cisco Webex, and Poly.
• Manage high-level and low-level designs, testing plans, and implementation plans for conferencing initiatives.
• Resolve escalated technical issues while collaborating with M365 engineering and unified communications teams.
• Oversee project lifecycles from commissioning through production turnover.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in audio-visual or conferencing infrastructure.
• Expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, and Stream.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex and Cisco Webex Control Hub.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cisco Room OS endpoints.
• Proficiency with A/V hardware including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, and Shure.
• Experience managing projectors (Epson, NEC) and BrightSign players.
• Familiarity with meeting connectivity across Zoom, Webex, and Teams platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating on large-scale lifecycle projects like the 2025 Evergreen project.
