Description

You will manage infrastructure design projects, focusing on data center environments including power, cooling, and connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design data center layouts incorporating power, cooling, and data connectivity requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings and technical schematics using AutoCAD.
• Verify data cabling compliance with TIA and CommScope Systimax standards.
• Analyze copper and fiber test results from Fluke testing systems.
• Oversee cooling system implementations following ASHRAE 9.9 standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center design, power, cooling, and connectivity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and schematics.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE 9.9 cooling standards for computer rooms.
• Familiarity with TIA data cabling standards.
• Experience with CommScope Systimax product offerings and cabling standards.
• Hands-on experience interpreting Fluke testing results for copper and fiber.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• RCDD certification.

Preferred Skills

• LISP (AutoLISP) scripting experience for CAD batch processing.
• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools, specifically Sunbird dcTrack.
• CDCP, CDC, CDCDP, or CDCEP certifications.
