Description

Build and maintain contact center infrastructure using Amazon Connect and Terraform. You will own the release pipeline, handle automated deployments, and integrate voice services.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and configure Amazon Connect environments from scratch.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and release management.
• Implement and troubleshoot voice integration components.
• Script automation tasks using Python or equivalent languages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure or development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect configuration and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven background in contact center solutions and voice integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
