Description

You will maintain and automate the infrastructure supporting core business services, acting as the primary system escalation point.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop infrastructure tooling for deployment monitoring.
• Automate complex operational processes to improve reliability.
• Assess, document, and execute project assignments.
• Provide production support and resolve system escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years total working experience.
• 4+ years with UNIX/Linux and strong Linux OS understanding.
• 5+ years with VERITAS NetBackup (Flex Appliances and Cloud Storage).
• 2+ years Veritas IT Analytics (installation and administration).
• 3+ years with Quantum Tape Systems.
• 3+ years knowledge of Internet Protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP).
• 3+ years hands-on Python programming.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Configuration management (Puppet, Git, Subversion).
• CI/CD experience.
• 2+ years Veritas Infoscale Clustering.
