Description

You will manage physical hardware deployment, maintenance, and inventory at the Ashburn facility.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and upgrade server and network hardware.
• Perform break-fix tasks by swapping failed components and validating replacement gear.
• Manage inventory by retrieving parts and ensuring all assets are tracked.
• Coordinate with remote hands staff and vendors to ensure site cleanliness and task completion.
• Execute maintenance procedures via 4-eye process and participate in nightly pre-maintenance calls.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or hardware roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Server hardware.
• Proficiency with Cisco Network hardware.
• Experience with Dell Server hardware.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and running jumpers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams across different shifts.
• Strong organizational skills for asset management.
• Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco or Dell Certifications.
• Server Plus certification.
• Experience using ServiceNow or Nlight.
