Description

You will own infrastructure engineering tasks across the software development lifecycle, including troubleshooting complex environmental issues and maintaining deployment scripts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex environmental issues to implement sustaining fixes.
• Develop, modify, and maintain scripts and software as part of development cycles.
• Document operational processes and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience with Client Operating Systems (Win10, Win 11, WinPE, Linux), OS imaging, deployment, and customization.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python (required), PowerShell, JSON, Perl, Shell, and YAML.
• Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools like SCCM and MDT.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, BIOS, and driver layers.
• Experience performing client and enterprise-level troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a technology manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ADK tools.
