Description

You will build and maintain Azure infrastructure, automating deployments and ensuring platform stability for business-critical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Azure components including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, and Azure SQL databases.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep for repeatable environment setups.
• Manage access enablement, whitelisting, and firewall rules to remove engineering blockers and ensure secure connectivity.
• Monitor system health with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and resolving incidents.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and manage cost strategies through resource tagging.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with a primary focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking (Load Balancers, Application Gateways, VPN Gateways) and compute services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Expertise in automation scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and orchestrating workloads.
• Practical experience setting up and testing Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Synapse, Stream Analytics, and Azure OpenAI Services.
