Description

You will own and operate AWS infrastructure powering CloudLabs, including EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, networking, and IAM. You will design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform as the primary IaC tool. Your work will involve refactoring existing codebases to enhance reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve Helm charts for Kubernetes-based services to support application deployments.
• Automate operational workflows and reduce toil through infrastructure improvements and tooling development.
• Collaborate with application engineers to support deployments, troubleshooting, and production readiness initiatives.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements for production systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services: EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, networking, and IAM.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and scalable deployments.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting for automation.
• Solid Linux Administration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Terraform practices including remote state backends and workspaces.
• Experience with observability tooling such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
