Description

You will design, implement, and maintain secure, distributed, fault-tolerant systems while supporting engineering teams with scalable platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain large-scale distributed systems with high availability and reliability.
• Drive infrastructure automation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency.
• Support services through system design reviews, capacity planning, and launch readiness assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and platform issues in production environments.
• Implement security best practices, including certificate and identity management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, mTLS, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Telegraf, or Wavefront.
• Experience managing SQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or CloudSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Consul, or HAProxy.
• Familiarity with Security and Identity Management tools such as Vault, Venafi, EJBCA, or ForgeRock.
