Description

You will manage and maintain a hybrid Microsoft 365 and on-premises Windows Server environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the hybrid Office 365 environment, including all facets of M365 administration.
• Manage the on-premises Windows Server environment and implement configuration changes for complex projects.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure hardware, software, and security issues via the ticketing and escalation process.
• Execute day-to-day housekeeping tasks, respond to alerts, and manage ticket escalations from service desk and peer teams.
• Participate in engineering-level, architecture-driven projects and follow formal change management processes.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of enterprise-level technical support experience.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, including Azure, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for regular administration and scripting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra.
• Experience with Device Management and MacOS support.
• Understanding of Process and Change Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced PowerShell scripting ability.
• Experience with M&A efforts using Sharegate and AvePoint.
