Responsibilities
- Configure and administer BMC Helix ITSM environments.
- Integrate BMC Helix ITSM using web services.
- Manage ITIL processes, focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Develop and customize solutions within BMC Helix ITSM.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM development.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Experience with BMC Helix ITSM integrations and web services.
- Knowledge of Problem Management.
- Familiarity with Web Services.
- Experience with Bmc Helix Itsm.
