Description

Manage voice infrastructure data and site deployment readiness for the Future of Work workstream.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and validate employee seat assignment data to inform phone build decisions.
• Run data exports from Cisco and Avaya platforms to audit existing device information.
• Generate site cut sheets for engineering teams based on validated user and device data.
• Own site success by ensuring physical hardware matches user assignments and correct phone numbers.
• Communicate roadblocks and project status to cross-functional teams and analysts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Working knowledge of Cisco, Finesse, and Genesys agent platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including writing and troubleshooting formulas.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask across several workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Voice, Video, and Collaboration technologies.
