Description

You will provide production support for cloud-based contact center solutions, troubleshooting routing, CTI, and infrastructure issues across Linux and Windows servers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform production support for Genesys and CCaaS environments.
• Troubleshoot contact center routing, CTI, and infrastructure issues on Linux and Windows servers.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to resolve production incidents and escalations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud solution migration and integration.
• Analyze complex technical challenges to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys, FileNet, or similar cloud contact center solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident and change management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to articulate technical experience clearly.
