Description

Infrastructure Engineer providing Level 1 and Level 3 production support for Linux and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application development, architecture, and QA teams to troubleshoot platform issues and support project deployments.
• Perform server hygiene, security patching, and access remediation activities.
• Manage certificate and key lifecycle operations.
• Provide documentation and training for new infrastructure hardware and tools.
• Assess business opportunities and critical success factors for infrastructure modifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools: Perfmon, Process Monitor (prosmon), Wireshark, ReNet.
• 1-3 years experience with certificate and key management.
• 1-3 years experience supporting security patching and cyber hygiene.
• 1-3 years experience in Level 3 production support.
• Ability to collaborate with internal software engineering teams and offshore vendors.

• Experience aligning business processes with application functionality.
• Advanced technical problem-solving skills.
